Are refunds available?

We stand by the quality of our materials. If you are not fully satisfied, we can refund your purchase. Full refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase as long as no more than one practice exam or quiz is completed. All other refunds will be pro-rated. You will receive a 50% refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase, 25% within 14 days, and no refunds afterwards.
